With each Full Service Oil Change, Grease Monkey™ provides a complete review of the vehicle's maintenance needs according to the owner's manual. Every full service Grease Monkey™ oil change includes a 16-point maintenance inspection: Wash Exterior Windows, Vacuum Interior, Check/fill Battery Fluid, Check Air Filter, Check Windshield Wiper Blades, Check Breather Element and PCV Valve, Check/fill Windshield Washer Fluid, Check All Exterior Lights, Check/fill Transmission or Trans-axle Fluid, Check Radiator Level and Test Coolant, Check/fill Power Steering Fluid, Install New Oil Filter, Change Oil (up to 5 quarts), Lubricate Chassis, Check/fill Differential Fluid, Check and Set Tire Pressure.

Grease Monkey™ technicians also visually inspect hoses, belts (including drive belts), etc. per your manufacture's scheduled maintenance guide. Some centers provide preventative maintenance services for your natural gas, propane, and electric vehicles.

05/04/2015 - Center #661 Kalispell, MT 59901: To whom it may concern: Last week I had an emergency situation where my radiator leaked all it's antifreeze. I had just purchased the car and was so upset and near tears. It was the end of the day Friday and most businesses were shutting down for the day. I called our Grease Monkey™ in Kalispell MT and asked if I could come in last minute. Mike Murri, the manager of our Grease Monkey™ said "come on in"! I left the car overnight and he looked at it first thing Saturday morning. Mike was so honest and accommodating, all the radiator needed was a new cap and replaced antifreeze. He did both for me with a smile. I applauded Mike for his amazing customer service! 04/01/2015 - Center #868 Thornton, CO 80602: I just came from your location & I was so impressed with all the time that was taken to find out why my brake lights weren't functioning. Andy was methodically going through everything until he found the problem. Also that was the cleanest service center I have ever seen. I asked how he kept their place so clean, he said a lot of hard work. Another lady customer came in and said she was always happy bringing her vehicle there to get serviced.
